This site collects very little, and this page is short because of that rather than because we left things out.

| Analytics | Cloudflare Web Analytics only. It is cookieless, it does not use a device identifier, and it does not follow you to other sites — it counts page views and referrers in aggregate. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no fingerprinting. We record which AI assistant referred you, if any, because we publish that figure — not to identify you. |
| Tools | Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into one is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Inputs are encoded in the URL so results are shareable, which means the URL contains what you entered — bear that in mind before forwarding one. |
| Forms | The contact and booking forms send what you type to us so a person can reply. That is the only purpose. Nothing is sold, shared or passed to a third party. |
| There is no mailing list, no autoresponder and no nurture sequence on this site. Writing to us does not enrol you in anything. | |
| Retention | Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, without asking why. |
| Your rights | Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing us. We will act within 30 days. |
| Third parties | Cloudflare Web Analytics is the only third party this site contacts, and it is served by the same provider that hosts the site. Fonts are system fonts, so none are downloaded. There is no CDN in the critical path, no tag manager, no chat widget, no advertising script, and no embedded media. |
| Changes | If this page changes materially, the change is noted here with a date. |
